Welcome to the Northampton Food Bank

We give away free emergency food to people in crisis and continue to provide help and support until the appropriate agencies can step in. This project saves and changes lives! Hunger is not just a problem over seas, right now in Northampton, there are many people living in poverty and The Food Bank has been able to help many individuals and families who have experienced a crisis of some type.

All it takes is a sudden or unexpected event – a bereavement, illness, redundancy or theft – to put people into a genuine crisis.

The Food Bank provides local families and individuals with essential food supplies at a time when they need them most.

Please note to obtain a food bank voucher you will need to go to one of the many social care agencies we work with across Northampton.

Once a relevant agency has given you a voucher, then you are able to collect your food parcel from one of our distribution points, which are open different days of the week. For a full list of distribution points and their opening times click here
